The mission of the committee is to engage and educate members about the impact philanthropy can have on the health and wellbeing of infants, children, teens, and young adults, and the advancement of pediatrics.
Purpose
- Promote a culture of philanthropy among the Academy’s membership by endorsing opportunities built on inclusion, transparency, empowerment, collaboration, and celebration.
- Educate members on topics relevant to philanthropy, such as:
- how to be an impactful philanthropist
- creative approaches to philanthropy
- current trends in giving
- Raise awareness of the Academy’s charitable programs and their impact.
